ok, to tell you the truth i'm not really a webmaster but an investor looking for the guidance of webmaster techs.

what I am about to propose will probably make me sound like an idiot but please humour me.

1. how much would a webmaster who actually knows what he is doing actually for?

2. say that i have hired about 5 webmasters for example, how long would it take for them to make a website silimlar to say something like "facebook or myspace" completly from scratch?

I write this post here becausse I'm an idiot who does not know much about webmaster stuff but on the other hand I really wanted to know..... pretty much out of curiosity and I'm hoping someone hrere can give me an answer.

That would be a task for developers not "webmasters"
