yes things like joomla, Wordpress etc will help.

If you have no experience writing websites then use something like wordpress.

Hello, I'm new here as well.

I am a newbie, and I figured out wordpress very quickly. It's free through many web hosting plans, (I use iPage, $3.49 a month)

I recomend the wordpress theme "suffusion" it's super versatile, free, and very well supported.

I almost used Weebly drag and drop, so glad I didn't.
