Hey all,
I joined this forum back when it was still Webmaster Talk, and I've lurked around on and off soaking up advice, tips and all kinds of other good stuff that I couldn't help reading even though I was probably supposed to be working.
I guess I consider myself a writer by default and an amateur web designer by necessity. I love web development -- but I of course loathe spammers, scammers, IE and possibly even my current host.
I still have a lot of learning to do...which brings me here. I'm grateful this forum exists to help out people like me. And I hope I can offer what help I can in return.
