Hey there, new member here...

No offence to the owner(s) of this site but Im only posting this to get 5 posts asap so I can PM someone. I have to PM them because its about buying a website and Im not allowed to reply in that thread.

Im assuming these rules are to prevent SPAM... so to prevent it I have to create it?

The PM rule is to prevent PM Spam because there are some people that will only join to send Spam PMs to members. They don't last long. Also, nonsense posts, or posts to increase post counts, usually don't last long either and will cause the post count to go the wrong way.
