One more question - is it a rule, that I (as a new user) cannot reply (or even see) the messages with 0 replies? I wanted to review the sites with 0 replies (they're not closed) and cannot do that...

You should be able to make replies in the Site Review forum. There are other forums, like the Sites For Sale forum, where no one can reply. Please try again in the Site Review forum and let me know if you have problems.

I'm talking about for example http://www.webmaster-talk.com/showthread.php?t=26599 - when I click it, I see: Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster and that's with all the threads in Reviews which have 0 replies (and all of them have only 1 views)
