i'm new in web designing and my knowledge is zero in web design and hope that you guys can give me suggestion/opinion on:
Brief to my website:
I'm going to sell product and is quite type of product i have... so
1. Since i new, with software is the best to use to make a good webpage?
2. I planning to put product list so the customer just can enter how much unit/s they want per item and just click 'tick' to item they want or something like that.
3. Of course, online transaction, how do i make it?
4. Customer can email to me if wanna know detail about product, how do i make it?
5. How do i make an auto replying email to customer?
5. Others things that i should know, should put on my website to make my website success.

Welcome to WT!! It looks like you are trying to learn an awful lot, but it's good to have a goal already. My suggestion would be to start out with the basics - CSS. In order to do all of the things you mention in your post you will have quite a bit of learning to do. Don't be afraid to ask questions!!
