I am from Spain, but living in the States, and I do translation. I would like to know how do I get to work with a webmaster so he can offer Spanish content or translation to his/her clients.

Hola Elena and welcome to Webmaster-Talk. There is a market for spanish translation services from english to spanish here in the us since the hispanic population is growing, but you have to really know your stuff in most cases.
