Hi, the reason I joined this forum is really to see if I want to be a webmaster - what better place to ask?
I have in mind starting a web site where visitors can sell a specific kind of used clothing (exact kind of clothes not relevant to these questions 
Here are my general questions. 1. What would be some ways to implement this? 2. Use a dataase approach and create custom forms for the customers? 3. Use existing classified ad application software? 4. How many hours a week might be required to maintain such a site? 5. Considering that all I really know is HTML, how long will it take me to learn to set up and manage a site? 6. As an alternative, where can I find somebody to do this for me and how many hours or dollars would you guess it would take?
Dear readers, I know that all these answers "depend" and I'm not asking for specifics at this time. But if you are willing to throw out some silly wild a** guesses, then I would really like to hear from you. Thanks from a Newbie! |
