I think I am confused about this site now.

Are there going to be hidden forums for different groups or just groups to show what people make?

I cant do my application - it keeps giving some message cant parse post thank your (or somethign like that)

Brent,

If you apply for one of the income based usergroups, you will have access to private forums that "unknown" members don't have access to. As a "red group" member, you will have access to the red group private forum and also the "buy and sell" forum.

'I cant seem to make new threads... I have made two new threads and none appear give me a error about some phrase_type moderate or something and redirects me... do you have the red group set to moderate all the new threads?'

Nathan, this place is for anyone making money on the web. There may be some that don't consider themselves webmasters that will come...like a guy selling clothes online or something. It all will count here...
