Even if we aren't winners, it'd be interesting to see how the prizes were to be used and where the users are in result of claiming the prizes in a few months time

UPDATES TO THE CONTEST
1. You must make an introduction thread in the "Introduce Yourself" forum.
2. No more than 4 qualifying blog posts can be secured by a single member that will count towards the 1,000 points.

Honestly I think the forum will slow down after a month or so. In my experience forums tend to explode in the beginning because of the newness factor and then level out. But Lee is the expert on that, I'm sure he knows

Yes, if anyone is an expert onforums, it would be Lee. He's got some of the biggest on the net. I think he might have some other promotion techniques up his sleeve after this big starting contest is over

- We are having some complaints regarding NUMEROUS one liner type posts and post quality. Responses like the following WILL NOT COUNT!

Examples:
~ Great question!
~ I was wondering the same thing.
~ This forum is great!
~ Good idea, I should have thought of that.

These type of posts CONTRIBUTE NOTHING and will NOT be counted in the contest.

If you have a doubt about your post being "quality" then don't post it or make it meaningful. Come to contribute and win, not push the boundaries!
