If you did a referall from different ip and the refered member has entered and done 15 posts in 5 different days not same day you will gain 25 points
and for ever article you sumbit to the admin you will gain 75 points 
2-from your profile or ask the member who register to add your username at refered by box

4-Donno ... I asked if we could know how much everyone have points but donno if they are going to add it ...
