I keep getting emails notifying me about new posts, even though I have the "do not subscribe to threads" enabled. How can I stop getting this?

Heh, you have you unsubscribe from all of the posts that you already subscribed to before you unsubscribed from anything... heh that's a bit confusing.

Go to User CP and unsubscribe.

User CP -> Edit options -> Uncheck "Receive email notification on private message (or something like that) for the emails.

And what Matthew said for the threads

Looks to me as if you forgot to unsubscribe to the threads that you were already subscribed to.

User CP -> List Subscriptions is where you should find them.

Yer i had this problem. Lee can you chagne the default in vb so that its not on default that you subscribe when you reply.

To fix your problem go to User CP > List subscriptions. Then check all of them and delete.

Same thing's happening with me. So all we have to do is unsubscribe to all threads we're already subscribed to?

You have to change it in your user panel. Heh, I had 11 pages of threads to go through. I had 500 emails in my inbox.

Okay thanks, but I already knew that. I just wanted to make sure before I went through all those pages.
