I would recommend vBSEO. If they do happen to vanish there are enough people in the community using it already which will create a replacement.

Umm lots of sites vbseo and non have crashed in google. There is no way period you can say it was related to VBSEO :thumbdown:

It properly uses 301 redirects. There is NO duplicate content period.

What is it with people and thinking that just because you go mod_rewrite you think google doesn't crawl vBulletin sites? Of COURSE THEY DO. No one is saying they don't. The purpose of Mod_Rewrite is to put keywords in the urls and to clean the urls.
