The new favicon should now be in place, if you don't see it, you may have to clear your cache as it will still have the default vB one, if you still don't see it after that well then... Let me know.
As we discuss the header of EF... I was talking to Invision Support a week ago and they said you can remove the 'Powered by Invision Power Board' in the title without buying a copyright removal. You might want to check if this is the same for vB.
