How about a volunteer forum?

A forum where (those young or inexperienced) who want to build a portfolio of work, can first do some volunteer work on forums and/or sites and get experience and also help others in the process.

I think it's a great and needed idea.

I think that would be a pretty good idea to tell you the truth

I, for one, would do some work for free if it could mean I was getting experience in things that are important to me. Eventually, that could possibly lead to paying positions with some of the bigger earners. Ideally, a forum like this would only allow people with high earnings start new threads whereas everyone could reply.

Great idea, in my opinion.
