Say, in theory, I have one or two articles I'd like to submit to the contest... do they have to be in before midnight or just before Auguest 2nd?

Also, is there anyway we can make refferals with 10+ posts but no application count - like perhaps have them count as 1/2 or 1/3 credit? :P

I believe that to make the contest you need to have them in by midnighty of the 31st.
