Browsing the net today found this site www.codeless.org and found that it has the exact same skin as EF only greyscale.

The kid is 14 and got access to a friends site and deleted the database, leaving the site ruined.

Do as you please.

Yeah that's surely a rip off this great design and it looks very bad in grey. I hope Lee contacts him and does something about it, Anthony did a great job on this design.

I'm talking to the kid on MSN. He seems half decent, just upset at something; I don't know what.

I fixed Dans site, got him his money back and the kid has agreed to re-design his forum.

I dunno, it does look like it was inspired but surely not a rip. I can see where you guys are coming from tho. But to me its not a rip.

I posted on his forum when he launched the skin a while back that i thought they looked similar. Bit over inspired.

A designer can't only understand each other. I bet Anthony will also consider it over-inspired rather than a rip!

not even close IMO, you have to differentiat between, the style of bars he is using and the actual coding and shapes.

sure it has that smooth gradient look to the headers and whatnot, but its not nearly the same shape and/or coding then this site.

Wasn't hellogreen.com designed by Anthony as well? Therefore, its not a rip or an inspiration, but its his style.
