I am very excited to announce that after a few weeks of working out the details of the AzoogleAds contest, we are finally ready to begin. The contest will run through September 18th (one month) and the prizes are great! :drool:

The main winner is whoever Azoogle chooses as the BEST POST.

The 4 follow up winners will be those picked in a random drawing.

SO is this supposed to be like a testimonial, or...like "Why i love azoogle ads" or "100 ways to make money from azoogle"...? Just the "best post" seems pretty broad, or did i miss something?

I think this is a little unfair for the people who have to wait to get accepted or who have been rejected.

I actually contacted a few of the "top" people at Azoogle who said they would look into my application right away and I never heard from any of them since.

This is fair awesome. I'm thinking of posting one of the chapters from my Azoogle book, an extra $1000 or Video iPod would be nice

lol maybe instead of sponsoring contests they should just take more of an interest in potential publishers eh? That'd be some positive PR.

I was approved probably 2 years ago, but I never ran a single ad with them because they had nothing in my niche. :shrug:

Are posts in the contests forum visible to the contest administrator? I just posted a topic and I can't view it.

Edit - I just read the rules again. Posts in the Azoogle Ads Contest are only visible to Admins. I created two topics for testing, but can't view any of them.

Agreed..

Lee this is a very cool contest, and its awesome that they are working with you to get members approved.. personally I was accepted with one of my sites last year, lost interest in the site and never used the ads. I'm not looking to get my account activated at this time, just showin the trend here. I logged in this year ( I know ..) to see if the account was still active and it was not. So I reapplied.. no responce good or bad, I again emailed asking about the accounts and have yet to hear word one on them. The only thing that changed on the site in question between last year and this is more activity, less ads and a new skin..
I wish them the best on this contest and getting good PR from it.. but they need to work on the communication aspect a little bit more IMHO.
