We have changed the following on Aywe.com:

1. font title size in forum home
2. header and footer change (forum home, display, and site wide)
3. sidebar now only in forum home and forum display only.
4. title, meta change all links.
5. reduce size for faster loads.
6. also title rank change.

Wow this looks is not Kool
The Best thing i liked is the removal of the Sidebar which was Annoying me
I would recommend you to keep a ad box below 1st post which wouldn't look Spammy

Great job on the site! It looks way better then before when you first started out. I wasn't so sure how those msn icons work.
