if we move on IPB 2.* or vbulletin 3.5, than shotbox will be on-line.

well if you don't like the shoutbox, you can simply ignore it....it's not like its takes alotta space or disturb the whole forum with spam

Shoutboxes are pointless, they get filled with crap and also give the site a bad name if it is just filled with crap i think.

Also its for kids, and to be fair nothing but crap is posted, better off not having one.

It would maybe be better than to put chatroom than the shoutbox.
