See that's the problem we are anticipating. Sending 15.00 worldwide is definitely not worth it, as I will be paying 15.00 for shipping fee's alone. Or Statewide* Sending money via Western Union costs a little more than half of that. So to send 15.00 via Western Union it would be about 24.00.

Sending money via Envelope, or USPS is not safe. I have heard about doing this. This is why Paypal is great guys.

So we don't have to get into these situations. I'm gonna end up paying fees galore just to send 15.00. I will be thinking about this so I will give you updates.

Pay Pal is easy to get, if you have a bank account than you can set it up. No need for credit cards or anything.

Yeah, well I've not got a bank account since I just moved about a week and a half ago, and being 16, its hardly top priority.

Alright, in the beginning of the contest thread it specifically said payment via Paypal in bold. Now I said I would try and think of something else, because you don't have a bank account.

Dont want to make enemies now , but as JJ says.. it was quite clearly that payment was via paypal..I saw it ...

One thing that could have been done now is to wait for gprime to get a paypal account.
