A "lottery" style, perhaps? Where every user with a post count of 1(or 5 or something) and more has their registration number entered, and from there they're pulled out of a hat for a prize? Could also be tweaked so users with 100 posts or more get an extra ticket.

Sure, I could do that

I could pay .10 per post and then it costs the poster .30 to get the payment!

Maybe better....I could pay for each time you just THINK about posting I'm sure everyone would love that one!
