I like the atmosphere so far. No one is jumping up and down in spam, and yet there doesn't seem to be any "forum jerks". That's ideal. I understand that usually comes later on in a forum's lifetime, but they do sprout up rather young- huh? 
I also like the skin, although it doesn't stand out too much.
Personally, the smilies (don't look good, but that's my opinion), forum layout (too many forums for a "starting" forum), and start promoting the usage of avatars. I think a community feels tighter when people are using their signatures/avatars.
Just have a fun experience, and hopefully get rid of some domains. :embarrese
