Site for sale?

Hi mods,

I have just received an offer of $180 to buy this site. But I would like your views on this topic?

As I am unable to make this site into a big site until the summer due to commitments but what your views?

GBP or US dollars? either way its not bad.

But if you think during the summer you can step things up and make things more profitable than maybe you should invest more time later on, other wise I would sell it.

Just curious, could you still remain admin/mod after transaction?

Hi,

Yes when talking to him he has asked me to stay the mod of the admin of the forum but he will have main control.

But I may list it on other sites and see if i can get more. But this is all just still an idea!
