all forums have theyre ups and downs. the only issue is alot of people dont share much here.

I said it was dead a little while ago, and someone had the same excuse, EF is in a down period, it will get back up

I believe that if the marketplace was free people would be a lot more active here, and make the revenue of general ads and premium membership. But I guess Lee knows better than anyone with his success on communities

i agree with the marketplace being the reason it slowed down but Lee can also be wrong on this. remember its trial and error thats the best teacher.

maybe hes just busy doing other things and will get this place booming again. who knows.

im sure there is. there seems to be a lot of myspace marketing/talk on here lately. thats all i seem to see when i hit the new post button.

i think we need to generalize it a bit more. a lot of people don't seem to share much of anything here. If you compare to DP , the resources posted there are really helpful and a lot of people don't hold back.

what are your plans for EF?

It has been slower than it was when it launched and relaunched but I certainly don't think its dead.

Well, my opinion is that when I first came on EF it seemed like a community. Now, it seems more like a resource site rather than a community. Also, while the new changes are awesome, it seems to have deterred activity away from the forum. I guess, with time this will rectify it self. But, there haven't been any new blogs from contributors, or main site articles neither which is disappointing each time I visit. Content is king right?

The value of this site is in it's high earning members. Get them to be active and I believe everyone else will follow suit.

I just dropped by for the first time in a few weeks. Unfortunately I have exams coming up in a week so I won't be active for another month.
