I made a couple changes to the rules...

Only 15 posts in in order to post a new topic.
Only 5 posts in order make a reply.

And lastly, I set some member permissions wrong which made it so no one could post or reply in that forum.

Only 5 posts to reply? LOL, That bites there were some offers I wanted to comment on but thought I needed 15 to do so. Well, Doesnt matter since I am almost there anyway.

Well, the number of posts keeps someone from one post in the barter section and then leaving! Much like a spammer would do.

Good idea, huh? I wish I had thought of it!
