Hmm, im in england, someones allready their, so i wont bother.. Dont want to register... BUT IM IN ENGLAND
(Suggestion: tell them to make england bigger on the map.. (In england, we do this patrioticly on purpose.. check it out) lol )

ah, come on!  Registration literally takes like 30 seconds (no confirmation email it is sent either.
I'll even do the Banana Dance for you! 
You can click on the map and drag closer to England and then use the left + - bar to zook in.... |

also you dont have to register when it asks for you to do the register bit clcik no thanks and you still get added but without registering |

Lots of England guys so far! I'll make it zoom in a little more by default.
It's cool how you can zoom in and out. Also check out the satellite and Hybrid views if you have not already.

I tried to join and it told me my city was invalid!
So, I changed it to my country (Australia) and again it told me it was invalid.

Cal, you clicked Not in the US? Click Here and then put in the city?
Try it again. Maybe the city is to small (just a wild guess).
Is there a larger city close to you that you could try?
And as madkad mentioned , registration is not required.

Yeh, tried that and still didnt work....
I used Adelaide which is the capital of South Australia.
ahh, I just tried again. I needed to add "Adelaide, South Australia (Australia)"
I didnt see it turn into a selection list before. Have added!! |

I believe there are many cities that are not there, but just think of the largest city close to you and they will probably have it.
But glad yours was there after all |

I added myself --- on the far out zoom it popped my infront of Chroder cuz I'm in Buffalo - only about 1 1/2 hours away from him, but when you zoom in it separates us. From my zip code it put me a few miles from where I actually live, but with the hybrid view I moved my pointer to right on top of my house (it didn't update yet, but I have faith). If you zoom in close enough you can actually see my car parked across the street from my house!

Added, although since I didn't register, I can't adjust it's position. Oh well, you just won't know where to aim your cruise missiles... 
If you go from my map marker due south a way into the centre, and look between parkside, park terrace, Emmanuel Street and St. Andrew's St, you'll find Emmanuel college where I've been for the past three years. I now live and work in Cambridge since I rather like the place...
EDIT: Tim, how come it thinks you live underwater??!
