I am contemplating or planning to write emails for my prospective clients; can you help me in writing good subject lines which will attract their attention as they open their prospective emails?

You sort of left out some necessary details. Are these emails the result of the "prospective client" signing up for a newsletter or information? Are they unsolicited? We all know the word for unsolicited emails selling products

Try freelancer.com and hire a marketer/copywriter to write your subject lines for you. Tell the marketer/copywriter whether these are solicited mails or unsolicited marketing efforts. That makes the difference in what type of subject line can work and even who will accept your job.

Go with something like "We have arrested your mother trafficking heroin in stuffed squirrels via Bahrain, please read this info about bailing her out". Or something shorter, I guess, but making them roughly as adamant to read what you have to say. Probably check if they are an orphan or adopted first, though, if you can. That's called targeting your traffic. It can be done on/off/endo/exo-page as you wish.

What is the email about? Is it about an offer? A discount? An upsell? An announcement?
What is your end goal?

There is no sure fire formula so a pre test is important. You can run a test here if you like

Also, watch out for those spam filters. Avoid spammy phrases
