I have a couple of arcade sites and it is common practise to use banner exchanges to generate casual click through traffic. I myself joined up to a banner exchange site and it generated some really useful traffic over the Christmas period, but then they started to lower my exchange ratios - so to cut a long story short - I set up my own banner exchange site.
