Advtise.com is accepting both proxy and mp3 sites. The earnings are depending your traffic. An average CPC we give is 50 cents per click up to $1-2 (depending the keyword) + 70% advertiser's commission. The minimum pay-out is $25 and the payments are bi-monthly. We pay by PayPal.
