I am really not sure I am posting in the correct place, but have looked over all the options and not found anything better.
I am actually looking for someone to do webdesign and webmaster duties for my site. I have been looking all over the web, and have not found what I am looking for.
I am hoping that someone here can lead me in the right direction.
What I am looking for is:
help with some changes in structure to an existing site
help with mailing list
help with form info getting into a basic database
help with getting a pay area added to my site
help from someone who can tell me about other options that I have
Also, as I am in Phoenix, I would prefer to start with someone who lives in the area, although that is not an absolute. I would prefer to work with an individual, not a company.
My final piece of information about this is that it is an adult nature site. I have gotten so many negative responses from people when I tell them this, hopefully that won't be the case here. I understand if someone is not wishing to work on this type of site, that is no problem, please just don't give me the lecture about your morals. 
I am very serious about finding someone, and any help leading me to a location where there might be listings of people etc, would be helpful.
