We have already received quite a number of applicants from other sources. However a lot did not have the standard we were looking for design-wise, however we did spot some good skills and will get in contact with them within 24-48 hours to discuss further, of course that doesn't mean they all will be hired, simply put will be evaluated. We did receive a number of applications from individuals of age and below 16 years, we do understand their talents but they would require signed permission from their parents, to be faxed upon our request when or if you are hired.
Do understand Selixweb Solutions is a full scale company and not a business opportunity, its not either a team of developers, however we do have a friendly staff environment without too much stress and strain on the developers.
We recently decided to use the percentage payment system due to the over flow and liquidity of work. In the old Selixweb Solutions there were twelve staff persons, the salary were fixed 600-1800 USD monthly depending on position. This was advantageous to the developers but also very stressful. The work we got ranged from 60 - 5000 USD and used to get over 40 detailed projects each month and yet the monthly payment seemed feeble to the staff base, and with only twelve staff we were hardly able to cope up with the work.
However the percentage system introduces balanced rewards of hard work on the part of the developers and the management.
If we do have 30 projects each month the payment you get will be of an high profiting value. So do not underestimate Selixweb Solutions merely as a business opportunity, when you apply you are intending to join on a real company.
The evaluation will take a week, and when hired, there will be number of ready work regarding our own company with simple payment quotes, I am sure once the hired developers gets through the set projects, we can see whether the evaluations were accurate

Example of salary:
It depends on the amount of work we get. At the moment it would be around 300 to 500 each week or more if we secure new potential Creative Directors.
The Payment is 50% of individual project for Webdesigner, and 40% if its a shared project between other skill division. Examples:
Individual Webdesigner
Project 1 ( Quoted price: 500 USD )
- 50% for Webdesigner - 250 USD
- 10% for Creative Director - 50 USD
Project 2 ( Quoted price: 1300 USD )
- 50% for Webdesigner - 650 USD
- 10% for Creative Director - 130 USD
Shared Project Webdesigner & Programmer
Project 1 ( Quoted price: 700 USD )
- 40% for Webdesigner - 280 USD
- 40% for Programer - 280 USD
- 10% for Creative Director - 70 USD
Project 2 ( Quoted price: 2100 USD )
- 40% for Webdesigner - 840 USD
- 40% for Programer - 840 USD
- 10% for Creative Director - 210 USD
Note that there are Weekly bonuses for staffs who earned it.
Example:
A Webdesigner does over 13 project a week either individual or shared, then a weekly bonus of 200 USD will be credited.
That is 100 USD bonus per each six project done/participated within the duration of the week.
Note that these bonuses are paid from management profits, in some cases the heads at the management may not get any profits due to this generosity, however this ensures the quality efforts form the part of our staffs.
