What do you mean "Re-Launches"? What happened with the first launch? Is this just a way to get people to link to your site in hopes of making some money and then you shutting the program down? You may want to explain the reasoning behind the "re-launch".

Good question MightyMaster. This is definitely not just a way to get people to link to Jiggerbug, make some money, then skip town. Jiggerbug launched their program on a new network provider and are offering an increased commission structure, cookie duration for repeat sales and creatives. Affiliates in the pre-existing program were simply transitioned into this new program, if they wanted to continue to work with Jiggerbug.
