Hi my names Tom Wilkinson and I知 currently looking for web design work.
I知 a young graphic design student struggling to afford my college fees so I came up with the idea of offering my services to the public.
I can build websites that are graphically pleasing, helping to get an edge over other competition. I also understand (X)HTML and CSS at an appropriate level but I知 also always learning to better myself.

I will from your guidelines build up two to three mock designs and then from your go take one further helping you to get your chosen image.
For my services all I would be asking for would be in your opinion an appropriate level of pay. I work hard and strive for the best of myself and I am not just some kid from the block scratching for money.
