Hi,
Just for info : search engine optimization and search engine positioning is a "long run" job. The harder the positioning (here : 1st page on yahoo for several keywords), the longer the job, the higher the pay, the higher the price.
So, i don't think "i don't have a big budget" is reasonably compatible with "i want to be on yahoo's 1st page on several words".
