Need a script for promoter & night club owner to have the opportunity and capability to upload their events (Featured Event, promotions Slider and upcoming events) by themselves and for me to have the ability to approve or denied each event before posting on the site. When your event is approve you will make payment through PayPal, once your payment is receive your event will be upload to the site.
*Need to move Promotions Slider where upcoming event is currently at and move upcoming event where Promotions Slider is currently at.
* Featured Event is on a first come first serve since we only have one Ad space for Featured event.
* Need a banner Ad manager script. Thinking of Idevdirect.com

Summary
The Web site is focused on being #1 Nightlife guide in the New England. NewEnglandVibe.com will provide online information to nightlife consumers and partners by creating a network environment focused on nightclubs, bars and events in the New England States. Promoters & nightclub owners will have the opportunity and capability to upload their events (Featured Event, promotions Slider and upcoming events) by themselves. NewEnglandVibe administrative will have the ability to approve or denied each event before posting on the site. Once an event is approve you will make payment through PayPal, once your payment is receive your event will be posted on the site.
The Web site has basically two panels.
· User Panel – This part or section of web site is public and available for the users of the web site.
· Administrative Panel – This Part of the web site is only accessible for the Administrators of the web site; from this part of the web site the entire web site’s functionality is entirely controlled.
User Panel
The Web site can be browsed by normal users and can walk thru the functionalities of the web site but cannot communicate or contact, or use any of the functionalities of the web site as it is only for the registered users.
Registration
The Registration module will prompt user to register him/ her and to become a member of the web site.
In the Registration module the user has to enter the user name, password, Address, City, Country, Zip code and all other related details to become a member.
Once Registration form is completed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the registration user with a confirmation link for activating the account in the web site.
The Registered users can access the following functionalities in the web site with Administrative approval
Place Event
The Registered users can upload their events (Featured Event, promotions Slider and upcoming events) by themselves; the User will fill out a form in which the details like Date of the Event, Place of Event, Event Type, Flyer upload. While NewEnglandVibe administrative will have the ability to approve or denied each event before posting on the site. Once an event is approve you will make payment through Paypal, once your payment is receive your event will be posted on the site
*Event can be previewed before payments send
The Event will be sent in a predefined template, which is defined, from the administrator from the admin panel.
The Event can be from nightclub promoters or Nightclub owners promoting club night, concert, college party, and special event
The place of event can be selected from the list available like Featured Event, promotions Slider and upcoming events). The Events should be created within the limit of the categories available. Only one spot for to Featured Event on our homepage, so it is first come first serve.
Events can also be posted from the admin panel to all the users, which will appear in the User panel.
Places to Go
The Places that can be visited will be listed here; categories of the places will be sorted which will be viewed by the users.
The Restaurants, Night Clubs and Bars will be listed location wise, once any of the location is clicked the Bars or Night Clubs Or Restaurants will be listed with the rating, Distance (should be defined from the admin panel).
Rating a Place
Users can Rate any of the location (may be after they visit the location) by clicking the respective location.
Form has to be filled out by the user to rate a place, the details that are to be filled out are Reason for come back, Review Title, Comments and select the number of Stars, which denotes the rating. Once this form is submitted the rating will be calculated by the average of the ratings from number of users.
Rating a Event
In the Things to do section the events can be clicked to view in detail with the rating form, in the rating form details like Comment and selecting number of stars to denote the rating can be filled out to rate the event.
Calendar
The list of events categorized month, date and week wise will be displayed here.
My Information
The User profile can be viewed in this section and the user can edited the their own profile and update the same according to their wish.
Other than the entire above functionalities Zip code search, Search for finding events and events will be available in the user side on all pages.
Administrator Panel
The Administrator panel will have the following functionalities included into it.
· User Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit Delete, Status, and View of registered user.
· Category Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List of Category.
· Event Management (Featured Event, promotions Slider and upcoming events): This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List of Events.
· Text Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List of texts in those section (about, entertainment, Contact Us & Links).
· Entertainment Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List of DJ, Artists and Models.
· Links Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List Links.
· Guest List Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List
· Monthly Hot Gal Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and List
· Banner Management: This task includes the following - Add, Edit, Delete, and banners.

· Entire Source code with all copyrights to your organization.
· User Manual, which explains the flow of the project with the links.
