Cost is $1 to enter to a max of $100.
Price is a PC as descibed on the blog page. Supplied by myself. Plus 5 other small prizes.
Different contest every month but each month top prize is a PC, drawn at random.
There are restrictions on where I can post, but if you cant see your country listed I will see if it is possible to send (most likely will be)
