I'm looking for a website where I can sign up to publish CPM ads. I need to find a site that will pay a decent amount and that will go by RAW CPM rather than Unique. Right now the best I've found is paypopup.com - the offer RAW CPM publishing for various ad formats. Does anyone know of anything better?

I would suggest that you should not go with pop-up ads. Pop-up ads are irritating. IMHO, fastclick, casalemedia and burstmedia are good CPM ad network.

I'm not looking for popups. I know that fastclick goes by Unique CPM because I'm signed up with them. I dont want Unique CPM, I need the RAW CPM, per thousand, no matter what the IP.

Yeah, according to few reviews, paypopup is a pretty nice ad program and you get paid for global traffic and pays for raw impressions. The only thing I have read that you should consider the payout rate is lower than competition. For having over 60% U.S. and Canadian visitors you get a rate of $1.10/Raw CPM,

I think you should also visit http://paid-to-promote.com/. IMO, it is a raw CPM ads network.
