Submit your listing to the Neorunner Web Directory, and try it before you pay.
After your listing is approved, you will have at least 24 hours to view your listing and decide if you would like to keep it. If you cancel it within the 24 hour period, you will not be billed, and your listing will be removed. If you do not cancel within those 24 hours, you will be billed the $2.00 listing fee via paypal.
Please note, the $2.00 listing fee is a one time charge only. The charge will be processed as a subscription via paypal. However, since the recurring payment option has been disabled, you won't be billed again after the initial fee.
