As I told ya... i will not be able to maintain your site in the future. I can redesign it and make it much more appealing. Maybe we could use a template and redesign it to suit your site. I could easily obtain some free templates on the net and if you have any paid ones in mind, I have no problems in that too, provided you pay for the template (I wouldnt charge you a buck for that)..
Moreover how much are you willing to pay me for the job. Have a look at my site http://www.alchemy-education.com . As you might make out , I started it from a template which was pretty shabby looking and have come out with a decent design . Moreover your site needs more of professionalism and less stress on the visual aspects of the site. Ill make it very functional and search engine friendly.
