If you want to start an sms text sending site you're going to need the emails and limitations of each telephone company.
I have a list with 110 worldwide cell phone providers, the addresses to send a text message to every user under that provider, and the text message character limit.
The more providers you can send a message to from your sms text messaging site, the more visitors you can get.
