My rates are fairly low, and estimated fees for my services are detailed in the Website Creation section of my website, Home. Also, you would not have to pay me until your website is created to your satisfaction. I design web pages myself, as I feel that pre-made templates are highly restrictive (and often don't look highly professional). Some examples of websites I have designed include my own website, as well as the website for Viaticum Press International, viaticumpressinternational.com, which is an international publishing consortium In terms of traffic, I would use meta tags to give search engine indexing robots keywords to include with any potential index of your site, and I would put a link from my website to yours (with your permission, of course). Additionally, we could try to obtain a domain name for you that people would be inclined to look for when searching for information about international real estate.
