Looking for a creative/artistic freelance webmaster/webdesigner who can help finish up a site for me. The site is of an up-coming artist. So the site needs to look hip, funky and flawless. 
Ultimately the basic layout is set and done, but final tweaking and minor changes needs to be done and content need to be added.
Knowledge of flash, ccs, html would be fantastic. Any graphics you can offer would be a bonus.
