Ok, I have a template

I need everything to be stationary, all the content boxes don't need to expand, all that needs to happen is the part under the three new tutorial boxes , the pure light grey part needs to expand vertically, and the portion under each content box on each side needs to stretch down with it. So the content boxes stay where they are, but just the white part expands down.
