Job Description
============================

- Handle sales questions, using information provided on our website

- Answer technical questions regarding a user's account, such as setting up accounts in WHM, add-on domains in CPanel, nameservers, etc.

- Respond to both Live ,Helpdesk,Msn Messenger and Email tickets efficiently and knowledgeably

- Respond appropriately to questions that you cannot answer without further information (either from our company or other sources)

- Communication with admin to update new sales, questions that cannot be answered.

- Create email tickets for users that have questions and will need updating later on. eg. if a enquiry was left on online chat, you create a ticket and update with a response once the job is done

- Know how to use WHM, CPanel in and out. Can perform account backups, account restores, mySQL imports, exports, and other technical skills. Know how to guide users in doing it if they want to learn as well

- Performing third-party installations: such as vBulletin, IPB, forums, php scripts, cgi scripts, modifications or upgrades of web software. You will be given a small bonus for doing these jobs.

- NOTE: ROOT LEVEL ACCESS WILL NOT BE GIVEN, THUS SUCH KNOWLEDGE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT. Questions requiring root level access can be assigned to one of our higher-level administrators.

- Monitor the server in your duty time, if the server is down or failed, reboot the system and if the problem presists contact our data centre immediately

- Must Remain Online on Live Chat & Msn Messenger Support id during your Time Block

REQUIREMENTS:

- Important: You must not be affiliated with a competing hosting company, or have plans for building your own in the near future. If you owned one in the past, you must provide sufficient evidence that you have terminated all activities related to it.

- You must be fluent in English (mother tongue preferred); good grammar, punctuation and typing skills are also a strict requirement.

- You must have experience with customer service responses and requests, and know the appropriate way to deal with harder issues

- You must be trustworthy, honest, motivated, hard-working, reliable and possess good communication skills. If you don't have any one quality mentioned above, your application will not be considered.

- You must not work for the money, but work for the general good of the company; motivation is the key.

- You must be able to work 100% independently, without us having to monitor or check if you're doing the job.

- You may do other work on the computer having the live chat window minimized and answer only when customers may ask questions. However, you must be in the vincinity of the computer to attend all requests

- Muslims are preferred

- Work at least 3 to 5 hours per day (weekends included on Live chat during your assigned time blocks (set to 5 hr periods):
