I need a vbulletin website,
It doesn't need to be a custom skin, it can be a neutral/general skin (something like vbulletin.org, or dp, webmastertalk) install the vbulletin put next to the logo a banner rotation system, also on the right side too.
I kinda did a mockup, to better understand.
