My team is due to open our new business in the next few weeks its a site similar to youtube called 3fruits audio, video and pictures
we are currently working with cable channels, record labels and writers of 80's cartoons to bring some great content to the site.
initially we will be offering 1000 invites to the service from there each user can invite there entire messenger list to the service as apart of the registration.
getting to the point we are looking for investors not nessecary for lots of income but more to give the company a initial boost to cover costs.
here is how it works
each of our team owns an amount of shares we are all inclined to sell these share each share is worth half a vote on our body of directors. but more importantly these shares can be sold at a later date should the site become what we expect at a increased value. each share holder will also receive 5% of any advertising revenue generated through the site. which is sold by us we will also allow the share holder to sell advertising for the site of which the share holder will receive 70% of the revenue.
so we are looking for investment i will take all and any questions and of course once a intial offer of investment has been made i will email you non disclosure agreement for the remaining information and company information to view.
we currently need to raise £10,000.
expected registrations within 6 months will be 1 million users. thats not including overall visits.
