Hello,
I could manually submitt your site to the many web directories, which have the PR 1-6 or lower if you would like. You just would need to pay one time fee for submitting your site manually with my hands to those sites. Anyways, I see a big potential in submitting your site to the web directories because:
1. You would get one way link to your site which would have PR
2. You are most likely to get traffic to your site and its how you would promote it
3. You wouldnt need to pay ever for the link to you
