I have a friend who is an attorney - I can put you two in touch if you'd like.

However, I think if you're running a site with legal documents available to the general public, that would probably count as legal advice, and could leave you liable if it doesn't work out for one of your readers. Could be wrong, but I'd double check if I were in your shoes.
