I may start to sell my site as turnkey and sell limited amounts of the script.

Check out all the features, the directory sort, the view page ( which you can add ads to, etc. ) , view count on every page, comments on every page, stats on the site pages, etc.
How much ( honestly ) do you think would be a goold price for the ENTIRE SCRIPT with no resale rights, use on one domain.
